One patient, who is described in detail, developed left ulnar neuropathy following prolonged bicycle riding, adjacent to the ulnar canal of Guyon at the wrist. A modification of handgrip and use of U-bar on the bicycle handlebars resulted in
rapid
recovery in the subjective symptoms of patient.
